Delivery

• We charge a flat delivery rate of $9 per location. Enjoy complimentary shipping when you spend a minimum of $150.
  
  
• You will receive your package within 3-5 working days, and will be notified via e-mail of your delivery details.
  
  
• If no one is available to receive your package at the time of delivery, our delivery provider will call the number provided for further instructions. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be left at a safe place at the delivery address (for example, a shoe rack, the building reception or front doorstep). A photograph of the location in which it has been left will be sent via email or mobile for reference. Please note that we will bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to the delivered item from that point on.
  
  
• During peak periods and public holidays, you may expect delays of up to 5-7 working days.
  
  
• We are unfortunately unable to deliver to army camps and off-shore islands in Singapore. 

Self-Collection

• You may also choose to pick up your package at either of these locations:

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 10AM - 6PM
(Do note that our office is not a showroom, and only serves as a pick-up point)

• You will receive an email confirmation when your package has arrived at your chosen location, typically within 2-3 working days. Please do not head down until you have received an e-mail confirmation.
