What payment options do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept a variety of local payment options. We welcome most major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and are able to take payment via digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and ShopPay.

I made an error with my order details - what can I do?

Please contact us here if your order has not yet been shipped.

We will unfortunately not be able to amend once you have received an 'Your item is on its way' email.

I changed my mind - can I cancel my order?

We're sorry to hear that you changed your mind! Should you change your mind before your order has been shipped, we are able to offer you a refund and will process this within 1-2 working days.

If your item has already been shipped, there is a strict no-refund policy but you may return your items to us within 7 days for store credits. Simply fill in this contact form and select "Change of mind" as your enquiry type. Our team will get back to you with return instructions within 1-2 working days.

Please note that we will not be able to accept returns for:

  • Items that were purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Items that are no longer in good condition
  • Items with damaged packaging (all original tags and packaging must be present)
  • Opened perishables like Food, or personal items such as Bath & Body, for hygiene reasons
Can I buy or view the products in person? Do you have a physical store?

You can view most of our items at Plain Vanilla Tiong Bahru located at 1D Yong Siak Street, unless it is labeled as an online exclusive.

How will my items be packaged?

All items will be packed securely in carton boxes with paper wrapping and stuffing. In a bid to be sustainable, we refrain from using plastics in our packaging.

To make it extra special, you may opt for a complimentary handwritten message card for your recipient at check-out.

Delivery & Collection questions

How much does delivery cost?

A $9 shipping fee will be applied to order values below $150. Enjoy complimentary standard delivery for orders $150 and above.

Do you offer island-wide delivery?

We deliver island-wide at no additional costs, excluding army camps, offshore islands and restricted access areas such as air bases and shipyards.

How soon can I expect delivery after placing an order?

If you have opted for delivery, you can look forward to receiving your package within 3-5 working days. If you have opted for self-collection instead, your package would be ready at your chosen location within 2-3 working days.

You may expect a lead time of 2 additional working days during peak periods (October to Lunar New Year).

I received a damaged or incorrect item in my order - what should I do?

We're sorry about this, please click here to submit a Returns/Exchange form. Our team will get back to you within 1-2 working days!

I have not received my order - what can I do?

Do check your e-mail for an alert from our Delivery Provider. If you did not receive your item within 3 working days of receiving 'Your order is on the way' email, kindly contact the Delivery Provider.

Can I request for a specific date and time for delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option at the moment.

Do you offer self-collection as an option?

Yes, you can choose to self-collect at Plain Vanilla Tiong Bahru (1D Yong Siak Street) or at our warehouse located at 315 Outram Road, Tan Boon Liat Building, #08-06.

The minimum lead time will be 2 days, however please only head down upon receiving the confirmation e-mail that your item is ready for pick-up.

How long will my item be available for self-collection?

We will be able to hold your item for 3 days once it has arrived at the location. You will receive an email alert once your item is ready for collection.

Should you require more time for self-collection, contact us via this form and select 'General Enquiry' as your enquiry type. Tell us your order details and new collection day.

Gifting questions

I'm sending an item as a gift - can you include a personalised message?

Yes! We would be happy to provide a complimentary handwritten gift card with your purchase. Please add your message at checkout under 'Add complimentary gift message card'.
