Refunds

Should you wish to return your order for any reason, fill in this contact form within 7 days of your delivery and select "Change of mind" as your enquiry type.

Once verified, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items can be returned to Plain Vanilla Tiong Bahru or to our office in person, or shipped back at your expense.

Please note that we will not be able to accept returns for:

Items that were purchased more than 10 days ago
Items that are no longer in good condition
Items with damaged packaging (all original tags and packaging must be present)
Opened perishables like Food, or personal items such as Bath & Body, for hygiene reasons

You will receive store credits (with a 3-month validity period) for all approved returns.

We unfortunately do not allow for exchanges at the moment.
